There will be a built-in dishwasher and a built in microwave. The kitchen and bath rooms will be tiled and the rest of the house will be carpeted.  The living room,eating area, and kitchen will have a vaulted ceiling with a knock down texture.  The trim will be solid wood with a pecan stain.  The interior doors will be birch with pecan stain and the exterior doors will be steel.
