USD 336 believes that every student is unique in his/her own

way. Some students do not need additional time or additional

help; however, there are those students that may need either

or both. Holton High School provides at least 1/2 hour after

school and 3-4 hours on Thursday evenings for that additional

time and or help. Seldom is Thursday school or after school used

as a discipline measure, although that is a possibility. Usually

the time is used for students that need additional resources,

computer time, or assistance. It is possible for students to make

up missed assignments or tests during this time also if prior

arrangements are made with the course teacher.
